• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (specializations in Agronomy, Soil Science, or Plant Nutrition preferred)

• Experience: Background in plant nutrition consulting and practical knowledge of crop fertilization

• Knowledge: Familiarity with types of chemical fertilizers, their applications, and their effects on agricultural productivity

• Conduct soil analysis and develop tailored plant nutrition programs

• Provide expert technical consultation to farmers and clients

• Organize educational sessions and workshops on best practices in crop nutrition

• Analyze agricultural data and deliver accurate, actionable reports

• Offer plant nutrition advice using agricultural management software

• Perform regular field visits to monitor and support implementation
